JOB PURPOSE

Bell Capital has an immediate opening for an Acquisitions Analyst to join our dynamic real estate team. You will assist the acquisitions team in sourcing marketed and off-market multifamily investment opportunities in target markets.                      

RESPONSIBILITIES 

  • Manage and oversee all functions of the investment process
  • Review underwriting, investment memos, and running the due diligence/closing process
  • Co-sourcing involves creating and maintaining relationships with principals and investment sales brokers, tracking pipeline of potential investment opportunities, and screening deals based on Bell Capital's investment criteria
  • Partners directly with lenders (agency, bank, debt fund) to source, evaluate, and close the optimal form of debt capital for each investment opportunity
  • Prepare financial modeling and underwriting for real estate acquisitions
  • Develop new or auditing of existing excel models
  • Present and discuss financial models to senior members of management, banks and brokers
  • Maintain acquisition funnel and deal database
  • Compilation of market data and sales info for meetings, quarterly reports, presentations and offering memorandums
  • Compile property and debt data for meetings, inquiries, etc.
  • Assist writing proposals, presentations and investment memorandums
  • Assist with transaction due diligence, including coordinating third-party vendors
  • The position will have exposure to all facets of real estate transactions with an opportunity for substantial involvement                  

  REQUIREMENTS and SKILLS

  • Bachelor’s degree in Real Estate, Business, Finance, Accounting, Economics or similar field required
  • Minimum of three years of professional real estate underwriting experience, preferably multifamily
  • Experience with real estate valuation processes, real estate underwriting, cash flow analysis, and return on investment principles
  • Strong ability to turn data into actionable insights and influence decision-making by senior leadership
  • Creative and relentless prioritization mindset to constantly reduce manual processes and drive strategic conversations
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with colleagues and build structure in an ambiguous environment
  • Expert Excel, Word and PowerPoint skills a must along with strong quantitative and analytical skills
  • Experience in Yardi preferred
  • Maintain the strictest of confidence while dealing with confidential matters
  • Professional verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to work in an intense, fast paced environment

You will work with customers by phone, email and instant messenger to support customers in various aspects. RESPONSIBILITIES 

  • Support senior team with client related activities

RESPONSIBILITIES 

  • You will be developing strong video concepts for different entities within the organization used for organic promotion, paid advertising, and brand awareness. You will be responsible for seeing these concepts all the way through from pre-production to delivery.
  • Assist with live events and all productions as needed.

  REQUIREMENTS and SKILLS

  • Strong understanding of advertising and content best practices on all social platforms
  • Strong visual designer including videography, sound design, typography, and photography, and non-linear editing software

Bell Companies has an immediate opening for a Social Media Content Creator who would be an exceptional addition to our team. We are seeking someone with high attention to quality detail, ability to design on brand while creating cohesive design packages for corporate events training, teaching, ads, and realistically rendered graphics and scenarios, with a thorough understanding of Branding/Identity and design principles.

RESPONSIBILITIES 

  • Create motion designs for multiple marketing advertising channels: video/youtube, organic and paid social, display advertising, client interviews, instructional/explainer videos, etc. Typography, Animated Ads 
  • Design/illustrate templates, projects and other assets for animation
  • Create compelling and successful social and display advertising by leveraging motion graphics, typography, photography, video and color with minimal direction
  • Design and animate vector illustrations, graphs, typography and other graphic elements.
  • Enhance live-action videos with tasteful and engaging animations that help drive the narrative
  • Lightly video edit and manipulate/add audio and music when necessary
  • Use design tools such as After Effects, Premiere, Audition (Adobe Creative Suite)
  • Work closely and collaborate across diverse teams with different time zones
  • Help workshop new motion graphics solutions for marketing team and company needs
  • Conceptualize visuals based on requirements
  • Prepare rough drafts and present ideas as mockups or thumbnail sketches

  • 2+ years experience as a Multimedia Content Designer, Motion graphics or animation artist
  • Ability to design on Brand while creating cohesive design packages for corporate events training, teaching, ads, and realistically rendered graphics and scenarios, with a thorough understanding of Branding/Identity and design principles
  • Ability to collaboratively implement and develop consistent branding practices across projects and take direction and implement rounds of feedback from Art/Creative Directors and Marketing Managers
  • Ability to project manage multiple projects and prioritize
  • Ability to work both independently (self-starter) during moments of ambiguity and within a team with the ability to collaborate and take direction
  • Ability to produce high quality content in a fast paced environment with sometimes very little turnaround time
  • Willingness to learn new techniques/tools through research, online tools, software and problem solving to achieve a desired goal.
  • An up-to-date portfolio or reel will be required.
